Return & Refund Policy

Upon delivery of the order, you will have 3 days to check and request for return/refund via eShoppeNow contact us page, should there be any defect found on the delivered order (eShoppeNow Guarantee period).

Should there be no return/refund requested after these 3 days, the order will be deemed completed and hence the completion of eShoppeNow Guarantee period.

Returns / Refund requests should be submitted from your registered account under >> ORDERS >> REQUEST REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. 

I. What are acceptable return reasons:

When selecting a reason, it is important to submit the correct one and add additional details in the Online Return form for a faster and more accurate evaluation of the request below is the list of valid return reasons:

1. Received the wrong item

2. Damage/faulty item

3. Missing accessories/freebies

4. Item doesn't match the description/pictures

5. Counterfeit item

II. Refund Types

eShoppeNow will process your refund according to the following refund types:

(a) Refund from Returns

(b) Refund from Cancelled Orders: Refund is triggered when cancellation is completed.

(c) Refund from Failed Deliveries: Refund is triggered once the item is returned to the seller. Please note that this may take more time depending on the area of your delivery address.

(d) Refund from Non-Returnable (Perishable) items: Refund is processed once Seller accepts the request.

(e) Refund from Item not Received: Refund is processed immediately if you did not receive the order marked delivered*

*Note: This does not apply to missing items from the delivered order. If you are missing an item/accessory, please fill drop us an email detailing your order ID at enquiries@eshoppenow.com

III. Refund Time Frame

The customer will provide bank information to eShoppeNow including Bank name and Bank account.

The Refund Time Frame begins after eShoppeNow processes the refund according to the refund type. It would generally take 5-14 working days to reflect on your business statement based on the payment method used at the point of purchase. For eligible customers and products, a refund will be processed as soon as you hand over the return parcel to our logistics partners.

If your refund has been issued but is not reflected in your bank account after 2 months, please contact your issuing bank directly for support.
