Donner DED-400 – DED Series Flagship Model

The Donner DED-400 is a flagship electronic drum kit designed for advancing drummers who want a more realistic playing feel and broader performance flexibility. It uses a DREAM sound chip with 400 built-in sounds, 25 preset drum kits, 25 user-defined kits, 50 practice songs, and an adjustable metronome.

The kit uses tension-adjustable mesh heads on the snare, toms, and kick pad to provide a more natural rebound similar to an acoustic drum set. The 10-inch snare supports dual-zone head and rim triggering, while the crash, ride, and hi-hat cymbals feature dual-zone triggering with choke control.

A mechanical hammer-action kick pedal gives a more authentic bass drum feel and supports double-pedal setups. The kit is mounted on a reinforced 4-post aluminium frame with a foldable stand for easier storage and transport. It can also be expanded with an additional tom and crash cymbal.

For practice and recording, the DED-400 includes three coaching modes, session recording, USB MIDI, line output, headphone output, and AUX input.
