Watch Replacement Shipping Request

Follow the instructions in DESCRIPTION below to receive your warranty replacement watch via mail 

Redeemable only for valid and approved warranty requests submitted through the Smart Buddy mobile application

•    Please follow the instructions below for watch replacement shipping
•    Add this item to CART and go to CART.
•    Enter your unique code provided to you in your email (example: WRTY-1234-5678-8888).
•    There is a Shipping and Handling fee of S$3 at checkout. (Issues pertaining to touch sensitivity will have this fee waived).
•    Your replacement watch will be sent to the inputted address at check out within 3-5 working days.
•    Only replacement of the same watch generation will be allowed. E.g. A faulty Smart Buddy 3rd Gen watch will be replaced with a new 3rd Gen watch and cannot be exchanged for a new Smart Buddy 5th Gen watch, till further advised.
•    If you require a replacement for the Smart Buddy payment chip, please contact POSB Hotline. A new Smart Buddy payment chip will be mailed to your bank-registered mailing address within 7 working days upon successful receipt of the replacement request.
